Both! While we’re known for disaster restoration and reconstruction, we also handle kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, decks, and more.
It varies. Some claims close in months, others may take a year or longer. Regardless of timing, TCG sticks with you through the entire process—from first inspection to final reconstruction.
Mitigation is the emergency response that happens right after a disaster to prevent further damage, such as water extraction, drying, smoke cleanup, or boarding up a property.
Reconstruction comes after mitigation and involves repairing, rebuilding, and restoring the structure to its pre-loss condition. At Tallahassee Construction Group, we specialize in the reconstruction phase, handling everything from structural repairs to full rebuilds once mitigation is complete.
You will want to call a mitigation company if your home or business has emergency water damage, emergency fire damage, or emergency storm damage. The mitigation company will come in and be able to stop the immediate problems. Once the mitigation company has stopped the immediate risks, TCG can come in and help you plan for the rebuilding of your home.
